This page is an invitation to understand how I work, and why the body, the nervous system,
and the environment are inseparable in my approach.
My approach was born from a simple observation:
we cannot truly support a person without considering their body,
their inner experience, their nervous system, and the environment in which they live.
The body does not function in isolation.
It responds to what we live, to our pace of life, to our relationships.
But also to the spaces we inhabit, the frameworks we move through,
and what surrounds us on a daily basis.
It is from this global vision that I offer my guidance.
My approach is therefore holistic, gentle, and evolving.
It takes into account the body, emotional experience, inner rhythm,
and the environment in which a person evolves.
I do not offer ready-made solutions,
but spaces to understand, to feel,
and to make choices that are more aligned with oneself.
Each experience is unique and adapts to the person,
their rhythm, and what feels alive for them in that moment.

Lightening does not mean “feeling better” at all costs.
It means gently removing what is too much.
Too much tension.
Too much stimulation.
Too much constant adaptation.
Too many invisible loads carried for too long.
To lighten is to create space - in the body, in the mind,
in daily life, and in the environment.
This is often where change begins.
The body is a messenger.
It expresses what has not been listened to, respected, or regulated.
In my guidance, the body is never forced, corrected, or pushed.
It is listened to, supported, and made to feel safe.
Through conscious touch, relaxation, and presence,
I create the conditions needed for nervous system regulation.
When the nervous system settles, the body can release, the mind can clear,
and more aligned choices become possible.
The environment is an integral part of my approach.
The spaces we inhabit - our living space, work environment,
and daily atmosphere - deeply influence our inner state.
An environment can:
- support or drain
- soothe or maintain tension
- nourish or limit our life force
This is why I integrate this dimension into my guidance:
to observe, adjust, and harmonize what surrounds us, so that the outer world supports the inner journey, rather than working against it.
Lightening opens the path to deep self-knowledge.
By restoring space and presence, it becomes possible
to better understand:
- your needs
- your limits
- your desires
- your deeper longings
This awareness allows you to live in a more aligned way,
guided by what feels right for you,
rather than by external expectations or old patterns.
The tools I use - Ayurveda, Human Design, coaching, yoga -
are ways of reading the human experience, not fixed truths.
They are here to bring clarity and open perspectives,
never to place you in a box or define who you are.
Rising does not mean disconnecting from reality
For me, rising means allowing yourself a life that feels true.
A life in which:
- desires have space
- longings are no longer dismissed as unreachable
- deeper aspirations can take concrete form
Rising is answering the call of your deepest self -
what some call the soul - while remaining grounded in real life.
And above all, it is remembering that this kind of life is legitimate.
Here, there is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to become.
Nothing to fix.
My guidance is not about performance,
but about presence, regulation, and alignment.
Each person moves at their own pace, within a safe, respectful, and supportive framework.
My role is not to tell you who you are,
but to support you in meeting yourself.
What I don't do:
- I don’t promise quick transformations
- I don’t try to “fix” anyone
- I don’t impose beliefs or a specific worldview
During an experience:
- we take time to meet what is present, without trying to correct it
- we put words to your experience to better understand it
- we use the body, breath, listening, and sometimes reflective tools
- we move at your pace, without pressure or goals to “succeed”
- we seek greater clarity, softness, and alignment in your choices
Over time, this work allows for more clarity, a deeper sense of inner safety,
and a more peaceful relationship with yourself, your body, and the way you live.
Each space is an invitation to slow down, to settle,
and to create the conditions for a gentle, sustainable transformation.
