The relaxation workshops are designed as gentle, collective spaces that feel supportive and containing -
places where you are invited to slow down, settle in, and offer your body and nervous system a time of deep pause.
Each workshop is an invitation to step
out of your usual rhythm, to return to yourself, and to be guided without performance or specific expectations.
If you feel the need for a more intimate setting or a practice tailored specifically to your current state, I offer these immersions in a private format.
Each workshop lasts 1 hour and an half
and takes place in a calm, safe, and supportive environment.
We begin with an oracle card pull,
offered as a symbolic opening to the workshop.
This moment is not meant to give answers or direction,
but to set an intention and gently accompany the experience of the moment.
We then move into a time of conscious breathing (pranayama),
allowing the body to gradually settle
and the nervous system to move out of alert mode.
The workshop continues with meditation practices, supporting a deeper
connection to the body, resting the mind, and observing what is present.
A sound bath (shamanic drum, tuning forks, bowls, chimes…)
supports integration, deepens relaxation,
and helps harmonize the nervous system through vibration.
Finally, a guided relaxation supports nervous system soothing,
the release of physical tension, and a gentler presence with yourself.
It opens a space of calm that invites inner travel,
the emergence of new perceptions,
and the arrival of more aligned insights.
Warm herbal tea is available throughout the workshop
to warm, hydrate, and support the body during this slowing-down time.
Each person experiences the workshop in their own way.
Commonly felt effects include:
- a calmer nervous system
- a sense of calm and presence
- physical tension release
- greater inner clarity
- a feeling of reconnection with oneself
These workshops do not aim to create spectacular or immediate transformation,
but to gently cultivate regulation, softness, and a more attuned listening to oneself.

- feel tired, anxious, or overwhelmed

No prior experience in meditation or relaxation is required.
These workshops may not be suitable if you:
- are looking for a dynamic or physical practice
- prefer a highly structured, technical, or performance-oriented format
- come expecting an immediate or dramatic transformation
- favor a directive or very mental approach
These spaces invite slowing down, feeling, and settling in.
They are for those open to experiencing the workshop
as a space of presence, rather than something to “do well.”
At the end of the workshop, we take time to share a collaborative snack.
This moment is designed as a gentle transition between the inner space
experienced during the workshop and the return to daily life.
Those who wish to stay are invited to bring something to share.
This time is neither mandatory nor guided.
It allows for:
- gently returning to connection and exchange
- anchoring the experience
- extending relaxation in a simple, warm setting
Herbal tea remains available,
and the space stays open for conversation, silence,
or simply being together, without expectation.
Here, there is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to understand.
Nothing to reach.
These workshops are spaces of presence, where you come exactly as you are,
to settle, breathe, and allow the body to do what it needs to do.
