- Hatha: Classic postures held with awareness to balance sun (active)
and moon (receptive) energies.
- Yin: A deeply meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes
to target deep connective tissues (fascia) and ligaments.

A gentle, specialized approach to accompany the changing body and the
emotional landscape of pregnancy and early motherhood.
