Booking & Cancellation Policy 

Appointments: All sessions are by appointment only.

Cancellations & Refunds: We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session free of charge at any time.

Definitive Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment definitively and request a refund, please note that Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued in the amount of $365 (instead of the initial $380).

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, while the full service fee will still apply.
